Alangrange Securities Limited (Alangrange or the company) is currently a Corporate Sub-Broker of The NGX Exchange Limited (formerly The Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE) and also registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Market Operator and a Corporate Sub-Broker. Alangrange Securities Limited started operations in 2006.
The Company entered into a Strategic Alliance pact with Compass Investment & Securities Ltd (Compass) a Broker/Dealer and Capital Market Operator in 2018. Compass is the largest Stockbroking firm in Nigeria by numbers of registered active dealing Stockbrokers and Sub-Brokers.
The Company presently trade on NGX, NASD and LCFE Exchanges via Compass. The Company specializes in Stockbroking, Corporate Finance, and Stockbrokers to Primary Market Issues, Receiving Agents to Primary Market Issues, Funds/Asset Management, Custodial/Nominee Service and Training Service.
Alangrange has an authorized share capital of N367.7million and paid up capital of N367.7 million. The company was borne out of a strong desire to offer the market exceptional and high quality service, to be a significant player in the industry and market place.
